Dear Woman,

Do you ever get that feeling... that feeling that so many of us are tapping into right now... that feeling that there's GOT to be more and there's GOT to be a better way to do this thing called life?!

As women, we're SO deeply and innately connected to Feminine energy, but we're living in a world that hasn't fully awakened to the Feminine yet. Our society doesn't quite know, understand or hold space for the fullness of the Feminine yet, and for many of us, this feels painful, confusing, and incredibly lonely. To be disconnected from our true nature hurts and often manifests in our lives in really painful ways. For some of us, it manifests as depression or a dull ache that you can't seem to shake, for others it's that feeling of being "too much", for some it's a constant striving to do more, work more and be more, only to feel that it's never enough, and for still others it shows up in more physical ways, like health problems, sleeping disorders and infertility.

I know this because I used to be disconnected from my own inner nature. I grew up in a world where the essence of the Feminine was unknown and considered unpredictable and almost dangerous. I was led to believe that the Feminine essence was basically a useless force that I was better off repressing than embodying.

I was told (and shown by the world) that I loved too much, felt too much and cared too much. As a little one, I was shown (by family, by social norms and by the media) that the natural things opening up in me weren't rational, logical or useful and that, "We just don't do that".

Instead of having an elder teach me how to work with the beautiful and innate Feminine gifts that were waking up in me, I learned as a little one, through my need to be accepted and loved by my tribe, to shut it all down. I did what a lot of "good girls" did — I turned off my gut-feels, my deeply feeling, intuitive, emotional nature, and the wisdom in my body. I denied, suppressed and shut down most of my innate and natural Feminine gifts. I armored up, put on a tough exterior and went on with life.

And, IT - WAS - HORRIBLE!! It led to a whole host of bad decisions, illnesses and, ultimately, to creating a life for myself that never felt like it fit!

That was until I found the Feminine — the Authentic Feminine, the Full Feminine, the Liberated Feminine! And, my God/Goddess, did it turn my life around — quickly! I found joy, I found aliveness, I found freedom, I found... ME!

Coming home to myself was a wild ride and I look back on those days with fond memories and deep gratitude for all the wise women and men who showed up in my life at that time. They were keepers of the Feminine Mysteries and they gave the transmissions, shared the knowledge and held a safe and sacred space for me as I reclaimed and reclaimed and reclaimed some more!

That was many years ago and it makes me smile to feel into those days. It also makes me laugh because, at the time, I had no idea that I would one day be called to share those transmissions, that knowledge and hold that safe and sacred space for others. I had no idea that the very thing that was happening in me would one day be my life's work. Oh, how the Divine works!

That brings me around to this circle, Inner Circle. This is the safe and sacred space I hold for women to open, awaken, reclaim and remember their own true nature — in its FULLNESS and its UNIQUENESS.

I pour my heart and soul into this space. We come together in Circle three times a month to gather, commune and open to the mysteries of the Full Feminine (and Masculine) within. It's big, it's beautiful, it's wild and it's life-changing.
