SMS Privacy Policy
1. Policy
This SMS Privacy Policy (the “SMS Policy”) governs how we treat the Registration Data and other information that we collect and receive from you in connection with your use of the SMS Messaging Service (“SMS Service”) which we make available to you through a third-party service provider. By using the SMS Service, you agree to the terms of this Policy. SABRINA LYNN LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify or change this Policy at any time with or without prior notice to you. This Policy, and any changes, are effective as soon as posted. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes to the Policy constitutes your full acceptance of those changes. All terms of our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, which can be found here, are incorporated by reference into this Policy.
2. Collection of Information
By opting in to the SMS Service, you acknowledge and agree to our collection, use, and storage of your personal information, including the mobile phone number at which you opt to receive messages from us, in accordance with our Terms of Use to contact you by text message at your mobile phone number using an automatic telephone dialing system or device, or any other computer assisted technology as applicable.
We will never sell your phone number to third parties, but we may share your information with third-party service providers necessary to operate the SMS Service or otherwise in accordance with our Terms of Use. Standard message and data rates may apply.
3. Opt In
By providing your phone number and opting into our Service, you consent to receive SMS messages, including promotional, transactional, and customer service messages, from Sabrina Lynn LLC at the phone number you provided. A mobile user might opt-in by:
- Entering a phone number online,
- Sending a Mobile Originating (MO) message containing an advertising keyword,
- Filling out a paper form that includes their phone number, or
- Signing up at a point-of-sale location.
Message frequency may vary depending on your interactions.
4. Message Frequency
The frequency with which we send messages may vary based upon your use of the Services, including Digital Products and Events that you utilize or register for, and the frequency with which such Digital Products and Events distribute SMS messages.
5. Opt Out
SABRINA LYNN’s third-party service provider gives you the ability to opt out of the Service for any reason. You may opt out of the SMS Service at any time by texting [STOP] to [PHONE NUMBER] or by contacting us at support@sabrinalynn.com or support@rewildingway.com.
After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
6. Content
Messages sent to you through the SMS Service may vary, including reminders, promotional discounts and offers, reminders regarding Events, as defined in our Terms of Use, that you have registered for, and subscription information. We make no representations or warranties regarding the delivery of messages through the SMS Service, including but not limited to delays or errors in the content of messages.
7. Support
In the event that issues arise with the SMS Service, or if you have any questions about the SMS Service, you can contact us at support@sabrinalynn.com or support@rewildingway. com. If at any time you forget what keywords are supported, just text “HELP” to [PHONE NUMBER]. After you send the SMS message “HELP” to us, we will respond with instructions on how to use our Service as well as how to unsubscribe.
We are able to deliver messages to the following mobile phone carriers. Major carriers: AT&T, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, T-Mobile, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, Alltel, Boost Mobile, Nextel, and Virgin Mobile. Minor carriers: Alaska Communications Systems (ACS), Appalachian Wireless (EKN), Bluegrass Cellular, Cellular One of East Central IL (ECIT), Cellular One of Northeast Pennsylvania, Cincinnati Bell Wireless, Cricket, Coral Wireless (Mobi PCS), COX, Cross, Element Mobile (Flat Wireless), Epic Touch (Elkhart Telephone), GCI, Golden State, Hawkeye (Chat Mobility), Hawkeye (NW Missouri), Illinois Valley Cellular, Inland Cellular, iWireless (Iowa Wireless), Keystone Wireless (Immix Wireless/PC Man), Mosaic (Consolidated or CTC Telecom), Nex-Tech Wireless, NTelos, Panhandle Communications, Pioneer, Plateau (Texas RSA 3 Ltd, Revol, RINA, Simmetry (TMP Corporation), Thumb Cellular, Union Wireless, United Wireless, Viaero Wireless, and West Central (WCC or 5 Star Wireless). ***Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages***
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you, and SABRINA LYNN LLC is not liable for the cost of any such messages. You will receive recurring messages. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
8. Security
We will not keep your personal information longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. We will securely destroy or erase personal information from our systems when it is no longer required to accomplish the purpose for which it was collected. We also will endeavor to ensure the deletion and destruction of personal information stored and maintained by third parties. We may, however, retain some personal information in order to comply with applicable laws, regulations, rules and court orders.
We may share your personal information with third party service providers who administer the SMS Service. We may also disclose your personal information as is necessary to: (a) comply with a subpoena or court order; (b) cooperate with law enforcement or other government agencies; (c) establish or exercise our legal rights; (d) protect the property or safety of our company and employees, contractors, vendors, suppliers, and customers; (e) defend against legal claims; (f) help with internal and external investigations; or (g) as otherwise required by law or permitted by law. We may disclose your information in connection with the sale or merger of Sabrina Lynn or any transaction that involves the sale or assignment of some or all of our assets.
You understand that anyone with access to your mobile phone may be able to view the messages you receive when using the Service, and you agree that SABINA LYNN LLC will not be liable to you if this occurs. You understand that you are not required to consent to the Service to receive any other services from SABINA LYNN LLC.
