The Awakening
DAY ONE
Tips to get the most out of this workshop:
- This exploration will take roughly 65 minutes to complete. I invite you to journey through it at a time when you are free from distractions, you can let your guard down and get a little wild (in other words, you can move and sound freely).
- Before starting this workshop, create a physical and energetic environment in which you feel safe, secure and sacred. Here are some ideas for how you can create a sacred container for yourself:
- Put on comfortable, soft clothes you can move in
- Set up your altar with a candle and/or incense
- Clean the space you're journeying in, remove anything that is likely to distract you (pets, clutter, to-do piles, etc.)
- Journey in your own way and in your own time. You are so welcome to pause and restart the workshop as much as you need to. You might be called to journal, create art, deepen in at certain points, or watch the whole thing straight through.
- You have access to this challenge until 5pm on October 16th, US PT. Feel free to journey through as many times as you like, as fast or as slow as you like, within the access period!
- Join our YouTube LIVE Kick-off Circle TODAY, October 10th at 10am US PT! I'll be hosting our second (and final) YouTube LIVE Q&A Circle on Friday the 13th. Come hang out for the closing celebration and bring your questions if you have any! If you can't make the time of the LIVE, no worries! You'll have access to the replay here, in your workshop area, until October 16th.
- Have some fun! We go further, learn more and shift more when we can be a bit playful and not take ourselves so seriously (this is why children often learn 10x faster than adults.)

Today, we descend deeper into the one of the energies we explored yesterday... specifically into her ability to help us release all the ways we deny our soul callings, our power and our truth.
We often do this because we don't want to be ostracized, demonized, or worse... This is sometimes referred to as the "witch wound" and it is a HUGE reason why so many women feel like they are only partly living. Because we are cut off from so much of ourselves!!
This is intense territory to walk into on only Day 2... but if she opened up this space for us, it means YOU are ready for it!
All the tips from Workshop 1 still apply... especially the ones about creating safe & sacred space for you to "let loose!!!"

In case you were wondering what happened in the rest of the myth with Hygeia and Medusa... we did it!
The part in this workshop where we invited her serpent-like energy to turn poison or toxins into life-giving elixir... is exactly what Hygeia did with Medusa's blood.
