2-Day ReWilding Workshop For Men and Women

Individuals and Couples

Men and women rewilding in the same space together is a profound experience that will alter the way you see yourself, as well as the way you see and relate to the opposite sex. Together we'll explore, embody and embrace various aspects of Self, to heal on extraordinarily deep levels and reclaim our true, divine nature.

This is an opportunity to dive deep into places within our psyches that hold us back - places that prevent us from:

Fully stepping into our passions and purpose
Living with joy, bliss and purpose
Fully embracing our sexuality
Attracting a compatible and equal partner
Fully connecting with our partners

We Are Both Masculine & Feminine in Nature

Both men and women have masculine and feminine aspects to Self that contribute to our overall expression. During this workshop, we'll work with masculine and feminine archetypes to unlock these aspects, open to their power and weave them into balance within.

We'll resurrect the full nobility, power, clarity and purpose-driven intensity that our masculine aspects hold. And explore the full spectrum of the feminine, embracing the wisdom, intuition, love, sensuality and deep heart connection that our feminine aspects embody.

By tuning into, cultivating and integrating these polar opposites, we become more powerful, effective, heart-centered and aligned with our passions and purpose.

Simply put, we go from operating on 2 cylinders to all 8!

Activate Your Mind, Body, and Soul

This highly experiential workshop is shamanic, tantric and astrological. We’ll use powerful practices to get past our minds and into the depths of our beings - where our true power and magic live.

We'll work with an ancient medicine wheel technique to invoke and commune with our masculine and feminine archetypes (parts of self).

This is not a 'get your clothes off and do weird tantric stuff' workshop. This is about exploring your own inner masculine and feminine through practices that aim to take you past your ego mind and deep into these amazing and transformative archetypal energies.

Couples - You're more than welcome to come together and choose how closely you'd like to work with one another.

Singles - The practices encourage each individual to explore parts of 'self'; they are not exclusively geared to couples.

About the facilitator

Sabrina Lynn, founder of ReWilding for Men and Women, has impacted the lives of thousands across the globe. She is one of the most passionate and deep-diving personal development trainers in the world.

Having taught in some of the largest organisations in Australia (Commonwealth Bank, Tourism Australia, UNSW, BHP Billiton, QBE and WNBN) she combines her common sense, down-to-earth approach with depth, wildness and raw power; which are the unique signatures of her ReWilding work. She facilitates at a depth where remarkable transformations, healings and openings in women's lives are a common occurrence.

Sabrina brings 10 years of teaching, facilitating, consulting and coaching experience into her work. She's studied, practiced and taught archetypal psychology, neuroscience, leadership, shamanism, energetic healing, meditation, astrology, tantra, physiology and mind-body connection.
