3:20 – Invitation to use this episode to step into a good and proper Women’s Circle! Feeling into and connecting with the deep, divine, wise women wisdom that is always available to us when we open our bodies and our energy centers.

7:00 – Continuing to deepen into this connection. Allowing “Her” to move into the places that are tight, that are numb, that are scary, that are grief-filled! There is no where She can’t go! The more we practice bringing consciousness into the unconscious, the more intimate our relationship to our own Soul, to Shakti, to Divine Feminine energy becomes!

10:00 – Feeling into the fullness of the Divine Feminine! To every aspect of her, every Goddess, all at the same time!  How does she show up for you, in this moment? What symbol, what flavor?

16:00 – Remembering that our ability to tap into higher wisdom at any time is never not present! We do not need anything outside of us to do this! Books, mantras, and teachers are great tools, but they are unnecessary! It is more of a remembering and it is your birthright!

22:00 – When we come into situations or times of uncertainty and instability, “It is so important for us to step into and honor how incredibly connected we are to the Divine, to our own souls.” We tend to look outside of ourselves for guidance. Instead, we need to ask ourselves if there is a “more mature, wiser, grounded, love-filled, soul-aligned way” to move through times like these.

28:00 – When feeling into “being” a wise, awakened woman, ask Self how you would move through this place in your life? Is there a state of being, a next step or piece of guidance that shows up for you? … Trust it!!!

30:00 – We have been so programmed not to trust the Feminine! It takes work to get back to the place where you truly honor the connection you have to Her, to that deep inner knowing!

33:00 – We need to practice listening and trusting our Feminine wisdom and then we we need to embody it! You wouldn’t be here in ReWilding if you weren’t working on bringing the “soul”, the “embodiment of Spirit” into the physical!

We have it, now let’s own it and create from that place!!!
